Shipping & Returns

Packaging:

All prints and artwork or delicate items are mailed flat, protected in plastic and boxed. Priority Mail boxes are generally used as they are very sturdy and easily trackable. Other products are enclosed in waterproof, bubbly stuff for extra protection.

Where We Ship:

All packages shipped within the United States are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS first class.  A different shipping company of your choice  is offered by emailing artblooms@cox.net or calling (619)322-8523.

Shipping to Canada:

Shipments to Canada will be shipped via USPS. Please email artblooms@cox.net or call (619)322-8523 with any additional questions.

Other International Shipping:

Shipments via USPS. Please email artblooms@cox.net or call (619)322-8523 with any additional questions.

When do we ship:

When you place an order with The Debi Hubbs Official Online Store, your items will ship within 24-48 hours for orders placed Monday through Friday 5pm Pacific Standard Time. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays

Tracking Your Package:

Your tracking number will be sent via email to the email address after your order has been processed and mailed.

Back Orders:

Once in a blue moon an item becomes back ordered.  If this happens, a customer service representative will contact you with an expected ship date, the option to cancel or select another item. 

Returns:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately by email or phone. You will be instructed to return your item(s) via a trackable shipping method within 30 days of invoice/purchase date. You will receive a complete refund.
